Yesterday, I finished the first draft of my second novel, A Company of Adventurers, and sent it straight to Michelle (my Canadian copy editor.)
I’ll be working on the vignette illustrations next. I’ll also see if I can put in an extra image and a quote on the inside of the cover, to give that added touch. But let’s see if the printers can do it for a reasonable cost.

I was originally writing the book together with Bran Nicholls, but we decided, it was better if I wrote it by myself (read more about why.)
The new cover will be something like this. I think it catches the mood and detail of the book quite nicely .
